An interesting auction of various Entomology and Natural History items, including a collection of commemorative horses’ hooves mounted by the notable taxidermist’s Rowland Ward, a good selection of modern taxidermy specimens by Tony Armitstead, Carl Church, and Robert Ellis, and historical taxidermy specimens mounted by Peter Spicer, John Macpherson, Van Ingen & Van Ingen, Rowland Ward, F.C. Waters, James Hutchings, W.C. Shelbrooke, Robert Duncan, W.F. Homer, John Cooper, A.S. Hutchinson of Derby, Henry Murray, and Thomas Jefferies, to name but a few.

Wednesday 13th December 10am-5pm, Thursday 14th December 10am-5pm, and the morning of the sale from 8am.
