A collection of modern Cultural Ties designed by Contemporary artists, mainly in silk depicting abstract, figural and Contemporary designs, including the artists Simon Willis, Tony Hayward, Mariano de Blas, Lucy Swan, Tim Head, A Fairhurst, Steven Pippin, Ada Bird Petyarre, Gottfired Helmwein, Bill Woodrow, Peter Blake, Saleem Arif, George Blacklock, Alan Davie, Paul Davis, Teresita Dennis, Maggi Hambling, John Hoyland, Patrick Caulfield and others, many multiples, all new mainly with protective cover, also several small part rolls of silk left over from the ties, over approximately 110 ties (one box) Cultural Ties were produced for Unicef to celebrate cultural diversity, seventy seven artists were chosen from around the globe to create their designs, each has an embroidered signature of the artist, they were limited to 300 of each design, manufactured by Ratt, Italy
