A French Gilt Metal Mounted Aide Memoire, 19th century, set with seven miniature watercolours on ivory depicting views of Paris, containing a notepad labelled Papetier Delux Houliez, a calendar and a gilt metal pencil, 10cm high

All plaques free from any splits and warping. Outer gilt boards slightly warped and the corners of the front notably bent over. Some fading to the edges of the silk. The pencil is most likely a marriage but its case in good order and free from splits.
