In an overall good and ostensibly original state of preservation. Enclosed to reverse. Covered in a relatively thin layer of dirt and discoloured varnish. The pain is slightly puckered within the sky, mostly towards the upper left hand corner and around the mast of the left hand cobble. The canvas is showing through in a few minor areas.
