A Pair of Louis Phllippe Gilt-Bronze and Sèvres Porcelain Candelabra, circa 1845, the foliate branches on sockets with detachable nozzles issuing from square section orange tubs (Caisses A Fleurs Carrees), painted with cherubs amongst clouds, exotic birds in branches and flowersprays on a bleu ciel ground and leaf-cast square plinths, bear painted marks in blue

Porcelain one with a V-shaped section re stuck to the rim, light wear to gilding. The other with a vertical crack to three out of four sides. Metal in good order with some wear and tarnishing.

The Summer Fine Sale offers nearly 450 lots of ceramics, Asian art, clocks, rugs, works of art and furniture, including a collection of 19th century Terracotta Campagna Urns from Raby Castle, County Durham, a Lock of Florence Nightingale's Hair, and a French Alabaster Figure Group of the Holy Family, probably made in South West France in the late 14th century. A Private Collection of English Pottery will be offered in twenty-three lots, including numerous Prattware and Creamware figures, and the sale will also include pieces of fine 19th century furniture and good early oak and walnut furniture.
