In an overall good state of preservation. Various dirt and debris trapped beneath glass with a cluster of mould spots to rear of glass mostly within lower left hand corner. Small scratch along upper left hand edge approximately 10cm from top left corner. Further scratch (showing white) i.e. loss of paint to right of branches of the trees within the background and approximately 1cm in length. Further small scratch with losses above the artist's signature and less than 0.5cm in length. Small area of organic debris? less than 0.5cm in length within the left hand side branches of the tree. Beginnings of bloom to darker parts of the wall in lower foreground. One or two minor scuffs/knocks along top edge. Otherwise in good overall condition. Not examined with a uv lamp.

We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a condition report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.
