A North American Indian Beadwork Panel with Snuffboxes Attached, 19th century, the square panel worked in opaque white and turquoise beads with repeat arched geometric motifs, from a small loop, with tassels supporting two (originally three) tin circular snuffboxes, the lids embossed with the head of the young Queen Victoria within laurel wreaths, 19cm overall; and A Beadwork Neck Ornament, composed of opaque white and turquoise beads, comprising two white bands connected by four frontal strings of turquoise beads, conical metal button and loop fastener, 16cm parallel length (2) See illustration

The beadwork panel is generally good. One of the snuffboxes has become detached and lost. The neck ornament also good condition. 10/2/09
