CAROLVS.D.G.MAGN.BRITANN.FRAN.ET.HIB.REX around Briot’s early bust with falling lace collar, truncation breaks inner circle, rev. long cross fourchée over square-topped shield of arms, signed B both sides & with mm flower on obv. only, S.2854, minor hairlines & very faint obv. scratches & a couple of tiny digs on shield o/wise very good edge & surfaces, a very attractive RARE AVF to VF.
