Sold by Order of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers to Benefit the Fusiliers Aid Society (13 January Jewellery, Watches and Silver sale, lots 2273-2307 and Antiques and Interiors sale, 5 January 2024 lots 1-16).
The inscription reads 'To Major A. R Lempriere Lancashire Fusiliers on the Occasion of his Marriage July 5th 1906 from his brother Officers of the 1st Battalion’.
