A First World War Prussian EM's Pickelhaube, of black leather with magnetic grey metal fittings of detachable spike with bayonet fixing and five ventilation holes on a circular base plate, rear spine with sliding ventilation cover, front visor trim and helmet plate, enamelled kokarden, the leather chin strap with two buckles, with leather liner, the inner rear visor stencilled B.J.A.III F57.

Some crackling to the surface of the visors and wear to the finish of the metal fittings. Scuffing to one side of the chin strap. Interior with two plugged holes, so helmet plate is possibly later.
