A First World War Prussian Garde Pioneer EM's Pickelhaube, in black leather with gilt brass fittings of a spike with five ventilation holes, circular base plate, rear spine with sliding ventilation cover, two part helmet plate secured to the inside with two leather wedges, front visor trim, with enamelled kokarden, leather chin strap with two brass buckles and leather liner, the inner back visor faintly dated 1916.

Some crackling to the surface of the leather visors. Minor denting to the brass front visor trim and wear to the enamelled kokarden.
