A Post-1953 Royal Corps of Transport Shako, with dark blue cloth covered body, lower oak leaf lace hat band, black patent peak and chinstrap, with gold cap cords secured by staybrite buttons, the plated, gilt metal and enamel front plate surmounted by a red and white wool pompom, with brown leather sweatband and black cloth liner; a George VI No.1 Dress Service Cap to the Grenadier Guards, with brass cap badge, visor trim, patent chinstrap and brass buttons, the interior dated 1934; an American M1890 Summer Sun Helmet, with blanco painted cloth covered cork body, gilt metal fluted spike with acorn and oak leaf base, gilt metal helmet plate and crossed rifles side bosses, with tan leather sweatband (af) (3)

1 - Pompom soiled otherwise in good condition. 2 - Brass trim to peak with a small dent to the underside, otherwise good condition. 3 - Very fragile, flaking to the surface with cracks and breaks to the cork of the back brim.
