Taxidermy: A Cased Northern Pike (Esox lucius), dated 1986, a skin mount preserved and mounted within a naturalistic setting amidst reeds and grasses, set above a pebbled and rock river bed, mounted against a pale blue/green painted backdrop, enclosed within a wooden single-glass display case, 105cm by 18.5cm by 39cm, bearing hand written paper legend to interior upper left - "Pike 14lbs 8ozs caught by D.J. Burr, River Ure, 23-12-86".
