(lacks suspender ring); a 1914-15 Star, in a glazed frame with award slip and Memorial Scroll to Private Henry Williamson, East Kent Regiment; four Examples of The King's Medal, in gilt metal, white metal and bronze, awarded to H Ford for Attendance, Conduct and Industry with clasps for the years 1910, 1911, 1911-1912, and 1912-1913, three with boxes of issue; a First World War Scarborough Bombardment Relic, of a piece of a German shell, mounted on a mahogany socle dated December 16th 1914 (7)

The sale will include a large selection of Victorian, First and Second World War and Post-War medals and Civil awards, and a variety of cap and other badges, cloth insignia and helmet plates.
A good private collection offers Victorian and Edwardian military headgear and a number of scarlet tunics to local regiments including the Duke of Wellington’s (West Riding) Regiment, the Green Howards (Alexandra, Princess of Wales's Own Yorkshire Regiment) and the Northumberland Fusiliers.
Edged weapons include a private collection of British Cavalry swords, alongside bayonets and fighting knives; and from a further private vendor is a good collection of antique firearms, pistols and revolvers.
The ethnographic section of the sale will see notable tribal weapons from Fiji and Australia.
