Lot 2009

A George III Silver Mug
by John King, London, 1775

approximately 12.5cm high, 10oz 17dwt, 338gr

Sold for £320
Estimated at £120 - £180

Fully marked underneath. The marks are generally clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The foot is bruised and pushed slightly into the body. This causes the mug to rock slightly when placed on a flat surface and to lean overall.
