It was bought by Mr and Mrs Winkley for their three daughters, Enid (b. 1890), Freda (b1892) and Lois (b1896). Freda Winkley is the vendor's grandmother and the three sisters all grew up at Addison House, Salthouse Road, Sutton, Hull. Following her marriage Freda moved from there to an adjacent property which is called Three Trees and both properties still exist. After Freda's death the house passed to her daughter Ursula (the Vendor's mother).
