The beautiful BMW 8 series was produced between 1989-1999 it was available with V8 and V12 Power plants and was a fantastic Grand Tourer designed to eat the miles on the Autobahn's.
The 850 was the first vehicle to ever be fitted with a V12 engine and manual six speed gearbox.

This extremely rare 850 CSi is fitted with the range topping 5.6L V12 that was upgraded by the motorsport department to around 380 bhp, fitted with a manual gearbox. One of only 160 produced in this specification. (Source the BMW 8 Series Registry). This vehicle comes with the book pack containing the service book with various stamps up to 128k in 2011, it was then parked up due to the owner's ill health and kindly donated to East Durham College in early 2015 where the students have carried out various work to get the vehicle back on the road. Supplied with a replacement rear screen that is still contained within a cardboard box.

No additional paperwork, paperwork present is listed in description. The paintwork overall would benefit from a deep machine polish. N/S/R Pillar near to the top rear screen corner has a small section of rust. N/S/R quarter panel has a small rust patch to the lower edge of the front of the wheel arch and other small rust bubbles around the arch and to the rear edge above the bumper. The rear screen is delaminating in places with the worst section at the top N/S. (A replacement screen is supplied boxed with the car.) The sunroof panel has small blisters around its edges and would also benefit from a new seal. O/S wing mirror has a rust blister on the mounting section. O/S A pillar has a small amount of rust to the top section next to the screen. N/S door has a small crease below the mirror. The front edge of the roof on the N/S has a small patch of rust. The vehicle does appear to have had paintwork in various areas. Wheels are of the correct size and type with deep dish split rims, only very minor corrosion to some of the polished edges, otherwise in very good order. All tyres are Falken FK452 and have good tread depth. Interior is two tone grey leather wear consistent with age and mileage, some minor cracking of the leather but no holes or splits. Headlining on and around the sunroof panel is slightly saggy. All Electric Windows function, as does the sunroof. Passenger side electric seat height adjustment only appears to work on the left side of the seat and twists rather than lifts. Driver's seat all functions appear to work correctly. Current M.O.T Certificate only issued 22/03/16 @ 133365 miles Current M.O.T Show's No advisory notes.
