Dress - underarm staining and some splitting. Rear bodice panel has 2'' split to silk (left side), fastening to back have damaged the silk. Some dirt and splitting on sleeves. Slight wear to centre front neckline. Splitting within gathered areas on skirt, splitting 6'' below opening on rear of skirt. Panel of cream hem lining missing to rear of skirt. Pocket slit to right hand side of skirt. Cape - in better condition, lining with one darn and 1'' split.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
