. The brooch is in good condition with slight enamel damage and the pin is loose. It fastens with a pin and hook catch. It bears no hallmark but in our opinion would test as silver. It is stamped 'A.R.' for Alexander Ritchie and 'IONA'. Gross weight 6.1 grams. CR made 01.02.21.
