by Charles Boyton, London, 1890

in the George III style, tapering cylindrical, the sides incised with lines, with angular scroll handle, the interior gilt, engraved with an inscription
11.5cm high, 12oz 8dwt, 386gr

The inscription reads 'Calne Homing Club First Prize Old Birds Race Penzance to Calne June 28th 1890 Won by H. W. Harris'.

Fully marked near handle. The marks are generally clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use.
