The Fordson Dexta tractors were manufactured between 1957 and 1964. Built in the Dagenham factory the diesel Ford-Perkins three cylinder engine produced 32hp.
This Fordson Dexta is said to have spent its early years on the Isle of Mull before heading over to the mainland. It is said to have been restored in around 1995, eight years before its current keeper purchased it, who since has used it only for gardening duties and shows.
Invoices show new front tyres were fitted in 2001.
