. Janet Colton top - slight staining. Ship n'Shore top - hem cut. Black lace top - couple of loose threads. E Perlin shirt - slight wear. London Pride - slight wear. Morphita - slight wear. Duncan Wright coat - some wear and fading. Tootanel Shantex top - seams under both arms are loose. Gold cross garment dress - lacking belt and slight wear. Blue straight skirt - stitched repair to the kick pleat at the back and slight wear. Spotty dress - lacking belt and slight wear. Floral dress - button holes repaired, some wear and lacking belt. Navy cut work dress - lacking belt, slight staining and wear under the arms and overall, rusting zip. Grey dress - lacking belt, slight fading under the arms and wear to the velvet. Pale pink dress - no belt, thread pulls to the lace, wear under each arm and staining to the lining of the sleeve. Brown dress and jacket - slight wear and fading under the arms of the dress, jacket has slight wear and some discolouration to the lining. Navy checked jacket - lining has a hole and some discolouration, slight fading and wear to it. Black skirt - slight wear. Jobrey skirt, repairs to the waist and slight wear.

We are happy to provide Condition Reports to Prospective Buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale.

We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a condition report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.

 Works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. We accept no liability for the opinions expressed in any Condition Report.
