Founded in the UK in 1952 Greeves initially manufactured three wheeled cars for the disabled, but soon discovered there was an opportunity to produce lightweight motorcycles and production began in 1954. Greeves had great success during the 60's with numerous prestigious wins in trial's events leading to them receiving an important order to supply motorcycles for the 'Royal Artillery Motorcycle Display Team' and developed the Greeves Griffon. This Greeves has not seen use in a lot of years and has been in storage with a dry tank. Reputed to be an ex-factory bike ridden by Malcolm Rathmell (No evidence to prove this). Reputed to be a Griffon 380 CC but not confirmed. The bike is sold untested, not running and will require recommissioning, fuel tank is loose and fuel lines are missing, various items are perished and require replacement.
