Here we have what is believed to be a one off Cadillac American Four Door Presidential Style Convertible, the current owner of the car was told that it was built for the 1966 Earls Court Motor show and is fitted with a 7500 CC V8 engine and automatic transmission, it then returned to the States and was acquired by the Governor of Texas who used it as his parade car, it then moved to California where it was used as a VIP carrier for the Stag House Hotel hence the Stag bonnet mascot. It was then shipped to the UK in 1991 for the daughter of a friend of the current owners wedding and subsequently stored for five years before it was purchased and has remained in the collection since 1996.
The plate under the hood shows General Motor Company 66-68239 FWD 244-5265 Paint 12- Body By Fisher.
Presented in candy apple red with three shades of milk interior and a white power roof.
MOT certificates and servicing receipts are present with the car dating back to 1996 when it was first registered in the UK, but unfortunately there is no paperwork from when the vehicle was in the USA.
The vehicle is sold with the spare parts listed in the condition report, a large quantity of American memorabilia, picnic accessories and an indoor dust cover.

Overall condition of the vehicle is very nice for its age, there are rust bubbles to the lower edges of the front wings, and the window seals could do with replacement. Some of the chrome trim is slightly pitted. The one off hood does have a couple of small nicks in it the worst to the O/S rear lower edge. A brief list of parts included: Wiper blades, 1 x new radiator hose, oil filter new, exhaust gaskets various, thermostat, various belts, air conditioning clutch, new rear O/S brake cylinder, reconditioned air conditioning compressor, master brake cylinder used but working (removed but was not at fault).
