A Commonwealth Silver Seal Top Spoon

the bowl oval and with tapering stem with facetted edges, terminating in a baluster part-fluted seal-shaped finial

Marked in bowl with leopards head. The back of the handle marked with maker's mark, lion passant and date letter. There is some wear to each of the marks but in general each is still legible. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is most noticeable to the finial which is somewhat soft. There is a small area of solder on the front of the spoon, below the finial.
