An Early 20th Century Japanese Embroidery depicting butterflies and birds around a bamboo square frame, worked on dark green wool, 163cm by 144cm,
and a Similarly Dated Japanese Silk Embroidery of Chrysanthemums, other flowers and a bird to the centre, braided trim to the edge, embroidered signature to the bottom right-hand corner, 178cm by 235cm,

Green wool embroidery - green wool in good condition, the silk threads are faded mainly to the dark colours on the butterflies and birds
Red silk embroidery - several splits, a modern stitched repair, fading and wear overall
