shaped circular and on three scroll and foliage-cast feet, with similar rim, engraved with an inscription within foliage scrolls
21cm diameter, 9oz 10dwt, 295gr

Dreweatts, Donnington Priory, February 2017, lot 41.

The inscription reads 'Presented to John Princep Esq'r by the Butterworth Agricultural Protection Society A. D. 1852'.

Fully marked underneath. The marks are generally clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use.
