A 19th Century German (Saxony) Cavalry Sword, the 90.5cm single edge curved steel blade with narrow fuller to the back edge at each side, engraved with a crowned AR monogram and coat of arms, stamped with crowned AR, the back edge engraved C.v Keller im Solingen 1847, the brass half basket hilt with three flat curved bars, applied badge missing, unit marked XII/ G.R. T. 25, with ribbed leather covered grip and remains of finger strap, with steel scabbard with two fixed suspension rings to one side and stamped XII/G.R. T. 25, 110cm

. Grey patching to blade. Hilt has two vacant holes to the guard where a badge would have been positioned. Finger strap missing the loop. Grey patching to scabbard, no dents. Generally good.
