General bleaching to colour. Moderate time staining across sheet which is more pronounced towatrds outer edges. Varying sized sporadic foxing spots most evident within the sky but not exclusively. Two fine superficial essentially vertical fine dark scuffs immediately above the black bow of the standing right hand figure. Surface scratch within wheat, slightly below and right of the dog's snout and beneath the right hand bent elbow of standing right hand figure approx. 6cm in length. A further fine vertical scratch intersecting the belt of the same figure approx. 5cm in length. Tiny imperfection to paper within sky, just left and above the brim of the standing left hand figure. No evidence of cockling. Not examined out of the frame. Small amount of thunderflies trapped beneath the glass on mount - mostly to upper edge.
