A 19th Century Zulu Iklwa (Stabbing Spear), the 38cm leaf shape blade with stepped double triangle neck and tang inserted and bound with leather to the short wood haft with splayed butt, 119cm; a 20th Century Iklwa and an Assegai (Throwing Spear), each with leaf shape blade, one bound to the haft with animal hide, the other with woven vegetable fibre; three 20th Century Knobkerries, each with globular head and tapering cylindrical haft, one with coloured wire bound grip (6)

Footnote :- Vendor acquired these weapons from the indiginous people when living and working in Kwa-Zulu Natal (formerly Zululand)
