A Late Victorian Three Piece Carving Set by Joseph Rodgers & Sons, Sheffield, comprising knife, fork and steel, each with an ivory handle with silver foliate embossed ferrule and pommel, hallmarks for Sheffield 1899, in a maroon silk and velvet lined fitted leather case, the cover with a presentation inscription "To Or.Mr. Sergt.F.Bacon by the members, Sergeants Mess, 3rd Middlesex Regt., as a Token of Esteem on His Leaving the Regt. Jany.1904"
