The brooch is in good condition. It is not hallmarked or stamped but in our opinion would test as white fronted gold. It fastens with a pin and safety clasp. The principle off round old cut diamond measure 6.10mm x 5.50mm x 4.40mm = 0.95 carat approximately and 6.40mm x 5.50mm x 3.90mm = 0.90 carat approximately. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour H/I, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. Gross weight 12.6 grams. Condition Report made 11th April 2017.

We are happy to provide Condition Reports to Prospective Buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale.

We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a condition report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.
