Geneva or ‘Breeches’ Bible. Lacking title pages so date not determined, bound with a prayer book which has prayers for Queen Elizabeth (1558-1603) and a Concordance dated 1613. Page dimensions 205mm x 150mm, small quarto in eights, Revelations end on [3Z9] . Accompanying notes state that the Bible was printed in 1588. Early panelled calf (re-backed, wear to boards). [not collated].
