Maughlin wear, Malcolm Tartan box, painted with cauldron iron, with a large chip to the centre of the picture, Lorn Tartan, with a repaired knop and numerous chips to the foot, snuff box with numerous scratches, Tortoiseshell box with chips to the corners and a loose hinge, feet also lacking, Philip' planisphere, with noticable wear, painted stamp box holder, with heavy wear to the painted surface, Tunbridge stamp box, with multiple scratches to the top, rowing boat enamel plaque with chips, remaining items in reasonable condition

We are happy to provide Condition Reports to Prospective Buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale.

Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.

The Beswick and Border Fine Arts Section will form the first 168 lots of the Antiques & Interiors Sale on 5th August. It is set to include popular horse groups from chestnut gloss to mounted figures; look out for your favourite limited-edition BFA agricultural models, from tractors and carts to cattle and sheep.

The remainder of the Antiques & Interiors auction will include a mix of affordable traditional art and antiques, jewellery, watches and more.
