An 11 7/8-Inch Symphonion Disc Musical Box, serial no. 147426, with twin combs each with blue comb screw washers, gilt brass star-wheel bars, on reeded cast gilt bedplate, speed regulator, under ebonised dustlid and Putti in garden lithograph inside the lid, in superbly figured walnut veneered case, the top with very large inlaid scene of two birds on branches, fielded frame with walnut panels to front and all sides, start/stop and crank-wind through cast carrying handles, with three-quarter turned column corners (one missing but one re-make supplied), with a very comprehensive library of 57 discs - 20in. wide.
