A Continental Pewter Kanne, dated 1788, of bell shape, the cover with ring knop, applied with a cartouche inscribed with initials and dated 1788

Shoulder heavily dented and marked. Numerous other dents and marks throughout. Date cartouche later added. A repaired patch to the bottom marked with a rose on the inside. Loop handle repaired. No makers touch marks.
