a pair of armchairs, 102cm by 84cm by 71cm
This lot has been imported from outside the United Kingdom under the Temporary Admission scheme. VAT will be charged at 20% on the hammer price and 20% on the buyer's premium.

The seat height is 38cm. Some wear throughout, particularly to the arms. The leather is dry, with some slight cracking throughout. Numerous scuffs, mostly to the verso. See further images.

An array of art and antiques from a notable Private Estate in Vienna will go under the hammer in The Austria Sale on 14th October. The single owner sale will offer a good mix of paintings, fine furniture, silver, rugs, opulent soft furnishings and contemporary lighting, Baccarat glass and ornate clocks and table centrepieces, with many of the pieces bearing good provenance.
