A First World War 1912 Pattern Cavalry Officer's Sword by Henry Wilkinson, Pall Mall, London, the 88.5cm single edge spear point fullered steel blade crisply etched with Royal cypher, coat of arms and scrolling foliage, with maker's name, the back edge stamped 55531, the steel bowl hilt chased and engraved with scrolling foliage, the wire bound fishskin grip with thumb depression and husk chased stepped oval pommel, the leather service scabbard with sword frog
