Three 19th Century Wood Brisé Fans, to include a small example painted with roses and leaves. Guard 7 inches or 18cm; a larger carved and pierced example clouté with silver metal and featuring attractive lattices; and another similar, the piercing contained to the upper sections of the fan, both approx. 9 inches or 23cm. Together with a bone fan, the monture carved and pierced, the cream silk leaf painted with a lady in pink robes filling a jug with water from a fountain. The verso is plain. Guard length 11 inches or 28cm; and a circa 1907 paper fan printed with medieval characters, the leaf mounted on plain wood sticks. Copy of a fan painted by the Princess Royal for Queen Mary. Guard length 8.5 inches or 21.5cm (5)
