An Oak Thirty Hour Longcase Clock, signed Jonas Barber, Number 14, circa 1749, flat top pediment, wavy shaped trunk door, 10-1/4-inch square brass dial with chapter ring signed, date aperture, single hand, four pillar movement with anchor escapement and outside countwheel striking on a bell, two latched movement pillars, movement front plate with engraved number 14, 199cm high see illustration

18.10.18, Case with chips, dents and cracks in parts, left hand side throat moulding below the hood is loose, base with loose moulding joints, later skirting wooden dial surround is missing, dial is discoloured, movement needs cleaning, with pendulum and weight. Movement in going order. Not tested over a long period.
