(attached to 45th (Leeds Rifles) Royal Tank Regiment (RAC) comprising Military Medal (G.VI.R)., 1939-45 Star, Africa Star, Italy Star, France and Germany Star and War Medal, mounted on a card display, the reverse with printed description and research. M.M. London Gazette 28.1.1943 "This man was the Orderly on an Ambulance Car attached to the R.M.O. of 45 R.T.R. and over four days he repeatedly went forward under shell fire to collect casualties of Tank and Infantry personnel.
