It would be very difficult to remove the cotton fabric from the hardboard backing without damaging and tearing it. Some creasing and tears to the upper right corner, with small areas of loss along the right edge. There is considerable wear to the paint, particularly in the cloud area, central figure's headdress and halo, leaves, facial features of the other deities and the lower lotus blossom. The overall general colouration is faded red, green and white on muddy green background. 150715
