In fully restored condition and has been relined, cleaned, restored and varnished extremely professionally indeed. There is good thick impasto in places, the signature in the lower left is a little on the thin side but the inscriptions of the horse and dog appear to be reasonably bold. It is contained within a plain outer gilt wooden frame (070211)
