Ray (John).
A Collection of English Words Not Generally used, with their Significations and Original, in two Alphabetical Catalogues, the one of such as are proper to the Northern, the other to the Southern Counties. With Catalogues of English Birds and Fishes: and an Account of the preparing and refining such Metals and Minerals as are gotten in England.
London: H. Bruges and Tho. Burrell, 1674, octavo, title in red and black, issue with comma after 'Ray', no comma after 'Words'; 'Birds' and 'Fishes' printed in black, lacking initial and final blank, text continuous despite pagination, page margins browned/foxed, foot of title-page trimmed closed to text, ink ownership inscription and pencil notes to front free endpaper, G2 with small marginal worm-track not affecting text, L2 torn at corner not affecting text, later calf gilt, joints split, upper board held by title label only, [Keynes 23], together with:
A second edition of the same work [not collated].
