In fully restored condition and has been relined, cleaned, restored and varnished and put onto a new wooden stretcher approx. 25-30 years ago. There is good thick impasto across most of the surface and traces of engrained dirt in the thicker parts of the paint. It is contained within a London made running pattern gilt plaster and wooden frame, probably placed on it in the 1970/80's.
We are happy to provide Condition Reports to Prospective Buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale.
