1955-58, Ser. No. 230399, with 104 selections within horizontal record carousel, below vertical turntable behind shaped front and selection button panel, twin speaker grilles in chrome, cream finished body - 54in. (137cm) high, 32in. (81cm) wide, 27in. (68cm) deep
One of the most recognisable and best loved models from the golden age of jukeboxes, made at a time when the 45 single recorded format was taking the world by storm. As with most Wurlitzer models from this period, the records, turntable and selection workings are all visible. The advanced valve amplifier design for treble/bass separation in this model and others by Wurlitzer still gives them the edge - in addition to the stunning cabinet design features.
Fully restored and has a sticker from 'Jukeboxes Unlimited!' Langton Leicestershire'; no records included in the lot; has been used in the UK by the vendor; We have tested the jukebox and have been able to get it to play on insertion of a coin but not on every occssion, it also seems there is a issue with playing a disc in A8. Otherwise in Excellent restored condition, largely with original wireing and parts.
