A Belleek bachelors teaset, black printed mark, a German porcelain figure of a maiden together with a set of four Capodimonte coloured bisque figures representing the four seasons (one tray)

Sold for £250


 

Belleek - the saucer with some rubbing and some light surface scratches. The teapot and other remaining items appear in good order with one or two minor firing flaws. Vase with two large chips to the rim. German figure with restored hand and firing flaws. Capodimonte figures (The Four Seasons) - Winter lacking finger to left-hand. Spring with losses to the flowers. Summer - some losses to the floral encrusted elements and some flea bit chips. Autumn - lacking scythe.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
