Slight time staining to paper, particularly to outer edges. Slight cockling to paper. Some light surface dirt and debris trapped under the glass, mostly to mount. Thunder fly to centre of lower margin. Three small brown dots to lower-left corner, this may just be part of the mount? Not examined out of the frame.
