Swiss town has been folded in half and has a crease down the centre. Time staining to paper and pin holes to each corner. Sporadic areas of medium sized foxing in particular to lower right, within the house to the centre within the crease, to the margins. A brown mark above the tiny house on the hill approximately 2cm in length and one large foxing spot to the right of this. Handling creases throughout, especially lower left corner, and to areas of the mountains. Tiny tear upper left corner within the margin. The other two examples are both on blue buff paper. They have some time staining to the paper and handling creases to the margins.

We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
