Indistinctly signed, inscribed and dated (18)85, exhibited RA according to label verso, watercolour, together with a further three watercolours to include "Redcar Sands looking North" attributed to John H Bland, a view of the White Cliffs by W Baker, and a view of the Saltburn Coast by Charles W Richardson, together with an oil sketch by Turnbull of a fisherwoman looking out to sea, 22.5cm by 53.5cm and various other sizes (5)

Example by W Baker: Some time staining to sheet. Areas of staining and discolouration throughout, particularly to the sky, for example a notable vertical band running the height of the sheet in the left hand half. Some varying sized foxing spots in evidence. Slight cockle to sheet. A pale rectangular patch within the sky. See images. General dirt and debris trapped beneath the galss. Not examined out of the frame.
